MailFlow Automation is a private operations project for turning Gmail messages into structured Google Sheets rows. The actual product includes tenant-scoped Gmail OAuth, label/query controls, extraction rules, email logs, retry handling, sheet destinations, test writes, scraper health, and Windmill job traceability.
The public portfolio entry intentionally avoids exposing private deployment domains and focuses on the real operator workflow: connect a Gmail tenant, create regex or AI extraction rules, run automatic or manual scraping, inspect email logs, retry failed or partial runs, and verify rows delivered to Google Sheets.
