MailFlow Automation is a private operations project for monitoring email ingestion, processing rules, tenant-specific routing, downstream delivery destinations, and spreadsheet-backed outputs.
The project has been built in two automation styles: a Windmill-based implementation for script and flow orchestration, and a Temporal-based implementation for durable workflow execution, retries, and live execution monitoring. The public portfolio entry intentionally avoids exposing private deployment domains and focuses on architecture, admin workflow, and operational proof.
