Arsitekode helps Indonesian businesses turn messy operational work into clear, maintainable software systems.

Our vision is to become a practical software partner for Indonesian businesses that need more than a good-looking website. We want Arsitekode to be known for systems that make work easier to operate: clear dashboards, reliable automations, useful documentation, and software that can be handed over without confusion.

We do not chase technology for spectacle. We use technology to reduce friction, clarify decisions, and help teams serve their customers better.

Mission

Mission

Build useful web apps, dashboards, automation, and company systems with strong handover and honest scope control.

Arsitekode's mission is to help clients define, build, and improve digital products that fit their real workflow. We focus on web apps, dashboards, company profile systems, automation, AI-assisted operations, client portals, and custom business software.

Every project should leave the client with a clearer process than before: what was built, how it works, what the limits are, how to operate it, and what can be improved next.

Values

Core Values

valuesclarityreliabilitydocumentation

Clarity, reliability, useful delivery, honest communication, and documentation-first handover.

Clarity first: we explain scope, tradeoffs, and next steps in plain language.

Useful before fancy: the product must help the business operate better, not only look impressive.

Reliable delivery: we prefer maintainable code, predictable workflows, and stable foundations over rushed shortcuts.

Honest communication: if a feature is risky, expensive, unclear, or unnecessary, we say so early.

Documentation-first handover: projects should include enough notes, screenshots, credentials checklist, and operating guidance so the client is not trapped after launch.

Attitude

Working Attitude

attitudecommunicationownership

Be calm, specific, responsible, and proactive when handling client work.

We work calmly and specifically. We avoid vague promises, rushed assumptions, and dramatic overpromising. A good Arsitekode working attitude means asking the right questions, documenting decisions, confirming scope, and giving progress updates that a client can understand.

We take ownership of details: forms, empty states, admin workflows, mobile layout, API response shape, deployment notes, and handover steps. Small details are part of trust.

Client Promise

Client Promise

clientpromisescope

Clients should get clear scope, practical recommendations, visible progress, and a handover they can use.

Our promise is to be direct about what we can build, what should wait, and what the client needs to prepare. We help clients choose a realistic MVP before adding advanced features.

We aim to provide visible proof of work through staging links, screenshots, dashboard previews, feature notes, and delivery checklists. If the scope changes, we explain the effect on price, timeline, and risk before moving forward.

SOP

Delivery SOP

sopworkflowdeliveryhandover

Discovery, scope, build, review, deploy, document, and improve.

1. Discovery: understand the business goal, users, workflow, data, integrations, deadline, and budget range.

2. Scope: define the smallest useful version, required pages or roles, admin needs, and integration boundaries.

3. Build: implement in focused milestones with working screens and backend behavior.

4. Review: test core user flows, mobile layout, content, forms, dashboard actions, and edge cases.

5. Deploy: prepare environment variables, database, storage, domain, SSL, and production checks.

6. Handover: provide operating notes, credentials checklist, known limits, and next-step recommendations.

7. Improve: collect feedback after launch and prioritize improvements based on business impact.

Quality Standard

Quality Standard

qualitytestinghandover

A project is not ready until the main workflow, data, UI, and handover are understandable.

A project should have a clear user flow, consistent UI, readable copy, safe API behavior, and enough validation for the main business process. Admin screens should support real operations, not only static visuals.

Before handover, we check the main flow, responsive layout, empty/error states, production configuration, and documentation. We prefer to ship fewer features that work clearly over many unfinished features that create confusion.
