Clinic Appointment Automation is a system design portfolio project for clinics that lose staff time to manual appointment booking, reminders, rescheduling, queue control, and patient follow-up.
The design borrows the strongest ideas from the outbound call project but adapts them for healthcare operations: WhatsApp-first appointment booking, Bahasa Indonesia reminder calls, patient intake forms, doctor availability rules, branch and room capacity, cancellation and reschedule flows, no-show recovery, payment or deposit follow-up, and human escalation when a patient needs clinical or administrative help.
